4 Ingredient Tahini Cookies Recipe

Makes about 15 cookies
Ingredients:
-⅓ cup tahini (you can also use peanut butter, almond butter or any other nut butter instead)
-⅓ cup brown sugar
-100 grams butter/ vegetable oil
-1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1) Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for about 1 minute.
2) In a bowl, mix tahini, brown sugar, melted butter/vegetable oil and flour until combined.
3) Roll the dough into ping-pong sized balls and place on a paper lined baking tray.
4) Bake in an oven preheated to 338° F/170° C for 10-15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely before removing from baking tray.
