Chocolate Pralines Recipe

Makes about 10-12 pralines (depending on the mold)
Ingredients:
-100 grams chocolate of your choice (milk, dark, white, ruby…)
-Filling of your choice (Nutella, dulce de leche, cookie butter, peanut butter…)
Instructions:
1) Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place a heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water. Place the chocolate in the bowl and stir until completely melted. (alternatively, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted).
2) Pour a small dollop of melted chocolate in a silicone mold of your choice. Once the chocolate has hardened a bit, add about a teaspoon of a filling of your choice on top of each praline. Add another dollop of melted chocolate on top of the filling.
3) Put the mold in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
