5 Ingredient Crunchy Vegan Truffles Recipe

Makes about 20 truffles

Ingredients:

-1 cup cookie butter (you can also use peanut butter, almond butter or any other nut butter instead)

-2 tsp water/non-dairy milk

-2 tsp vanilla extract

-¼ tsp salt

-2 cups cornflakes of your choice (you can also use any nut of your choice)

Instructions:

1) Place the cornflakes in a Ziploc bag and using a rolling pin, break them up into coarse pieces.

2) In a bowl mix cookie butter, water, vanilla extract and salt until combined. Add cornflakes bits and mix until incorporated.

3) Using your hands, make ping-pong sized truffles from the mixture and place them into cupcake liners or a paper lined baking tray. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
