Egg Salad (Japanese Seven-Eleven Egg Salad Sandwich Copycat) Recipe

Makes 3-4 dishes
Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-1 tbsp mayonnaise
-1 tsp sugar
-¼ tsp salt, or to taste
-1 tsp vinegar
Instructions:
1) Place the eggs in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Transfer the eggs into a bowl with icy water for 10 minutes, then peel them.
2) Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and put them aside. Using a knife, chop the egg whites into small pieces.
3) In a bowl mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vinegar. Add the chopped egg whites and stir until combined. Best eaten sandwiched between two slices of white bread.
