In this recipe you will find how to make “melon pan” (bread rolls which, despite their name, do not taste like melon, but resemble it in their shape). These bread rolls are fluffy on the inside and have a crunchy cookie crust on top – simply divine! In this version I combined pumpkin and maple, typical autumn flavors.
